Role Overview
We are not looking for telemarketers. We are looking for strategic partners who understand that a website is a business asset. Your job is to find companies with slow, bloated websites and show them the path to Page 1 dominance.
The Partnership Model
- Proactive Prospecting: Identifying firms in the Legal, Medical, and Construction sectors.
- Audit Delivery: Utilizing our internal tools to deliver free technical SEO audits to prospects.
- Lead Qualification: Ensuring the client is a fit for a high-performance $2,500+ custom build.
Strategic Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B tech sales or outreach.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts (LCP, SEO, Conversion) simply.
- Extreme attention to professional etiquette and follow-up.
- Independent workflow management via modern CRMs.
Economic Structure
This is a performance-only contract role designed to scale with the agency's growth. Payouts are as follows:
- 5% Strategic Commission: Paid upon client project sign-off ($250 - $1,000+ per project).
- 10% Recurring Equity: Monthly payout for as long as your lead remains on a Care Plan.
- Settlement: All payments released via Stripe 24 hours after funds clear.
