Role Overview

We are not looking for telemarketers. We are looking for strategic partners who understand that a website is a business asset. Your job is to find companies with slow, bloated websites and show them the path to Page 1 dominance.

The Partnership Model

  • Proactive Prospecting: Identifying firms in the Legal, Medical, and Construction sectors.
  • Audit Delivery: Utilizing our internal tools to deliver free technical SEO audits to prospects.
  • Lead Qualification: Ensuring the client is a fit for a high-performance $2,500+ custom build.

Strategic Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B tech sales or outreach.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts (LCP, SEO, Conversion) simply.
  • Extreme attention to professional etiquette and follow-up.
  • Independent workflow management via modern CRMs.

Economic Structure

This is a performance-only contract role designed to scale with the agency's growth. Payouts are as follows:

  • 5% Strategic Commission: Paid upon client project sign-off ($250 - $1,000+ per project).
  • 10% Recurring Equity: Monthly payout for as long as your lead remains on a Care Plan.
  • Settlement: All payments released via Stripe 24 hours after funds clear.
